Pastoral Leadership Training

This course equips pastors to lead their church's full hybrid evangelism effort, from team oversight to big-picture vision. Participants will gain an overview of what each ministry team does, along with core spiritual care team training, plus specialized guidance on making the church visitor-friendly, planning events that connect with seekers, and delegating effectively without losing oversight.

The course also prepares pastor and his teams to mentor new churches and launch new hybrid evangelism projects in their area, and to understand the evaluation process and its role in growing best practices worldwide.
